1. Agreement implied by use
Use of this Website shall imply your agreement to be bound by the terms and
conditions of use listed below.
2. Use of Product Information and Graphics from this Site.
(a) This site is owned and operated by HCT Industrial Pty Ltd (“HCT Industrial”).
Unless otherwise specified, the materials in this site are presented for the purposes
of promoting HCT Industrial products and providing information about HCT Industrial
to suppliers and the general public.
(b) No material on this site or any website owned, operated, licensed or controlled by
HCT Industrial may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted,
transmitted, or distributed in any way.
(c) Use of any material in this site on any other website or networked computer
environment is prohibited.
(d) All trademarks, service marks, and trade names on this website are proprietary to
HCT Industrial.
(e) All other rights are reserved by HCT Industrial as the copyright owner.
3. Product Information and Prices
(a) HCT Industrial endeavours to keep this site up to date. However, prices and
content listed on this site and terms and conditions of any kind relating to products
displayed on this site may not be current or complete and therefore under no
circumstances constitute an offer or undertaking by HCT Industrial. HCT Industrial
reserves the right to vary or modify the information on the site without notice.
(b) Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be
mis-priced. If we have accidently under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply
that item to you at the stated price. In such occurrence we will, at our discretion,
either refund your order in full or notify you of the correct price so you can decide
whether or not you wish to order the product at that price.
All transactions are in Australian Dollars.

4. Website Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or the listing description is
incorrect due to a typing error or error in the information received from our suppliers,
HCT Industrial shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products
listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card or PayPal account has been charged.
5. Product Images & Content
We do our best to portray all our products with as descriptive images as possible.
However, some of our images are general for the product. Therefore, specifications
and descriptions should be referred to at all times.
6. Limitation of Liability
(a) You waive and release HCT Industrial, its servants, and agents, to the fullest
extent permitted by law, from any and all claims arising out of, or related to, the use
of material or information made available through this site.
(b) HCT Industrial, its servants, and/or agents shall not, under any circumstances be
liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of, or related to, the use, or the
inability to use, the materials in this site. This limitation of liability includes but is not
limited to incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of business or other
profits.
7. Severability
If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or for any reason
unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the
validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. This is the entire
agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter.
