HCT Industrial Shipping Policy
Orders will require a signature upon delivery in most cases unless 'authority to leave' is stated in the comments section of the order. In the event the customer is absent when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing the driver’s actions. The card will also contain details on how to arrange to collect from the local parcel company depot. 
We do not authorise re-deliveries. Someone must be at the delivery address to sign and receive. The courier company will arrange this. If you require a re-delivery, there will be an additional charge requested from the shipping provider.
Our carriers also offer a pallet delivery service for bulk orders. Please ensure that you have appropriate offload facility for the receiving of pallets. There may be a surcharge for bulk orders. If so, we will contact you before we dispatch your order.
HCT Industrial use a variety of couriers depending on your location and order. For bulky products and regional and remote locations, we encourage you to contact us first and we will source the most competitive and reliable service to you. Mixed orders are welcome.  
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
HCT Industrial Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to value of the goods. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.). Freight cost will be applied for both delivery and returns for change of mind requests.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
