Quench oils are formulated with selected low sulphur base stocks having excellent oxidation and thermal stability.
Applications
This is an additive type of quenching oil with good dispersant characteristics and has excellent heat transfer properties. it meets the requirement of BIS 2664 type.
The oil is recommended for general purpose fast quenching applications. The oil can be used for quenching if components including a wide range of steels from low alloy to high alloy tool and die steels
